Common CEL's after installing TBE?

What could some CELs be after installing a corksport TBE? I havent had any yet and im still looking for an accessport so I am currently on the factory tune.

overboost?
o2 sensor?

P0139 was the only one I ever got and that's because you remove the pre-cat in the stock DP.

I have a downpipe with stock exhaust and actually my mods are below but I actually just got these three the other day: PCM PO421 IC U2064 and ABS B1318 (I took a pic of my accessport reading and its a little hard to see so that last one might be a number off but I think its right.)

It's common to get the Cat Warm-up code and if you have the AP you will get another code along with it that is a CAN code but is also normal. Those are the only 2 that I have ever gotten with my Catted CPE.
