cold air intake?

Did anyone have any probelms with your cars after you installed your cold air intake just curious by the way its the 2.3. I just bought my mazda 3 two weeks ago I love the car I havnt done much to it yet except an apex muffler I already have the intake but I'm kind of hesitant to put it on. thanks (thumb)

cold air intake = nothing but good news. there's nothing really to look out for except you can't drive through deep puddles (water in intake is bad). more power, better economy. only downside is you have to pay for it

be carefull of stretching the wires on teh maf housing... you may need to either cut them away from teh battery box or to cut some of the plastic conduit they are run in so it can stretch freely to its new mounting spot.... otherwise good luck

Thats the only issue i had other than that its nothing to worie about (wrc)
