So I found both of these kits for aroundnthe same price..give or take $20 bucks...So they question is, which one should
I buy??!?!? They both give about the same drop, there for its just a matter of performance..

BTW, how low do you think I could slam it with the stock 17s? Any modifications I could make to make it even lower?

I got the ground controls and 17 inch rms on my car and it's pretty low and my friend has a mp3 with ground controls and his is a little lower than mine. Plus the ride of the ground controls are going to be alot better. The springs that are on the ground controls are made by eibach so you know that it's quality

The drop you havein your pic is with the Ground Controls? That looks DAMN low..perfect :-)

damn impact......i still think you got the best looking p5.....damn its nice..........wish you had a pic of that lowered mp3...since i am gonna get them....

This is how low with skunk2....

With Ground Control Coil-Overs you do not need aftermarket shocks right? Where can I get them and how much do they usually run to get installed?

You should get stiffer shocks with either setup.
It isn't mandatory, but your stock ones will wear out quickly with the stiffer springs. But you could always wait until the stock ones give up then maybe there will be more options for shocks available.

Yeah the pic is with the ground controls, you don't need to get aftermarket shocks for the ground controls. It would be good if you did, I didn't and it is fine
