my disty is out of spec on primary coil and secondary is putting out nothing how do i add a external coil

I donno if you can, if the coil is built into the dizzy then you have to get a new dizzy, if you can remove it then just get a new one. Caus your cap wont have a spot for a coil mounted externally. Unless you can swap in an older dizzy from 1 with an externally mounted coil like my 91.

not sure about that but u can do it just no one on here has lol there right up for mx-3 and 6 but i dontt have those cars anymore lol i just need to know how to hook it up cause there 2 wires running from disty going to ignition module

oh ya u can drill into my cap to make that hole lol

lol, humm well the 2 wires should be 12v hot and then the ground sig from the ecu if they go to the coil inside the dizzy.
