the light came on again when i was getting off the exit ramp and had to speed up to get infront of a car....do i need to be worried bout this it seems that it only comes on when i floor it in 3rd or 4th

what does the code read? and yes you should get that taken care of asap

If the code is P2006 and you didn't accidently transpose the #s,
it means Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed.

There's something up with your VTCS or VICS. Bad vacuum line source, solenoid, the actuator valves, or the actual valves inside the manifold.

i had the same code when my vics screw got f'd up and my runners were stuck in the closed position! the dealer replaced my intake mani under warrenty

it runs fine when the light is on.....i have cut it off and i havent seen it on but then i havent gotin to it yet to make it do it agian
