its all personal preference on what kinda quality you want. i Have a CP-E inlet, and not to brag or nothing but to me its made a little better than the cobb. they have the same function, but the CP-E has metal vavuum nipple and the mounting tab, while the cobb dosent. the CP-E also has the tappers on the metal cuplers to hold the piping together better. idk, all personal preference.
with that in mind i also have a CP-E intake, so why not use the advantage of having 3" compared to 2.5. you may say it makes no dif now, but if you go to tune or mod even more it might have a gain, too early to really know yet.
