Clutch noise...

Hello guys/gals!,

I have a very very annoying noise when I shifting in second(up or downshift)... It's a grinding sound like when you don't press the clutch pedal... It happens in the first 15 minutes of driving...but today it happened for the first time while the car was hot...

Does anyone had this problem??
This sound is driving me crazy!

Sorry If I made mistake..english is a second language for me...

check the other posts. I hear the noise in the rear when it's cold and I'm shifting from 1st to 2nd.
