Clutch issues

Just started noticing the clutch in my msp is starting to fail and needs to be replaced. Was just wondering if it makes sense to just replace with another OEM part or upgrade to an aftermarket kit. I havent moded my car much and usually don't ride her too hard on the street and have only taken it to a track a few times but hoping to start going more often in the future. Also if I was to get an aftermarket part which one should I go with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am thinking about a clutch upgrade in the future as well since I've noticed it slipping a few times. I have a decent amount of mods, but it is still my daily and I don't need / want anything crazy. I will probably get an Exedy Stage 1 clutch and I suggest it to you as well. There are a lot of people running them on here and I've heard very good things. I believe the stock clutch is actually made by Exedy as well, but don't quote me on that. You can find it on protegegarage.com and a whole slew of aftermarket websites, it is a very popular brand.

thanks for the response. i also saw some people talking about the exedy and have also heard good things. i was wondering about the ACT clutch kit as well. do you know which people who are more educated in the subject than i am prefer?

act is ok but i would go with exedy, im running the stage 1. u should deff upgrade if ur already goin in there.
