The autometer matches almost 100%. The needle is different and the numbers do not light up. In the daylight its a perfect match. I love my autometer guage and pod.

nothing will match, you can only get close. I have stewart warner silver face gauges on mine. The silver ring matches my daveB gauge rings and they light up orangy red at night. Unfortunately, the stock faces on the mazdas are a cream colour with a metallic tinge to it....my advice try to stick to silver faced gauges

The most exact match is definitly the 60mm Greddy gauge series. The backlit, needle base and face all match up perfectly to the 03.5 msp. The next best in my opinion would be SW-Performance gauges then autometer but the needles don't match. Defi is okay, not the best match, but definitly great gauges. Omori is a company that makes custom gauges however there North American branch is now closed so you have to order them from Japan and they are really expensive. If you are willing to wait I have mentioned before Speedhut.com will soon be coming out with a fully customizable line of gauges. I spoke to them a while back and they said by the end of the year they should be out. With these gauges you'll be able to design them exactly how you want them to look.

I have the Defi D-gauge series (white backing) and they are a really close match overall. They are mounted to a double pillar setup painted to match the interior. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend the Defi's.
