Clock reset on cd changer?

My battery was really filthy when i bought the car so i disconnected it and cleaned it.. so when i connected it back the clock had reset and i cant figure out how to change it back to the actual time.. Does anyone with the oem 6 disk cd changer know how to do this?

Push and hold 'clock' (while the stereo is off, car is on).

Use Up and Down to advance Hours and Minutes (my stereo even has a little H and M on these buttons.

Press 'clock' when set.
