Few movies come to mind that can truly compare to the scene in "Carrie" when the bucket of pig's blood falls on Carrie's head at the prom. What follows, is without question, one of the great sequences in Horror movie history. Spooky - to say the least! And; it only gets worse when Carrie arrives back home. I think that "Carrie" is one of the great, great horror movies of all time. Brian DePalma directed this classic.
If you have not seen this (the original - 1976), and you like a good spooky movie, get this. You will not be disappointed.
Last night; we watched the follow-up sequel, "The Rage - Carrie 2". Not bad. The sequence when she finally goes over the edge isn't bad, but nothing compares to the sequence in the original.
