Clifford RSX 3.5?

I found a few people who had the RSX 3.5 when I searched for it but would like the opinions of those people now that they've used it a while. I'll be getting mine this week as soon as UPS drops it off and would like to know some thoughts about it.. Good/bad/what do you like?

I've got a friend that will hook it up so we can get real custom on the install so any suggestions on install ideas? I know we're mounting the brain in a very hard to think of spot and using different colored wiring but anything else?

If it's anything like the Clifford Millennia that i've had installed on both vehicles, then the arm/disarm chirps will stop working in about a year(right after the warranty is over). Other than that everything seems to be working fine.

I have the 2.5X and it rocks. Can't really offer too many tips for your install of the 3.5, but just wanted to say good choice.:)

I've been looking at this alarm too. Its now part of the same company that makes Viper and something else. ITs supposed to be a good alarm. My friend has the Viper which is the same thing and works great. I can get a good price on mine and i relaly need a TT. I'd recommend it.

Well, it was delivered today so let's hope it works well. OrangeMSP says Clifford doesn't have too good of a reputation as far as warranty work goes so I'll hafta see..

The remote looks *NICE*.

is it the matrix ? well if it is i think my brother has it, works great on his mustang , remote start and all !

Better quality pics later when I have light...

That thing probably will go through batteries like no tomorrow! Is the siren single tone or multitone? I am eventually going to get a better than factory alarm, but every one has a DEI (even though they are great products), I hate the sirens (regardless if they are programmable). People tend to ignore them when they go off and I don't want to be jumping up to see if my alarm is going off only to find out it's the neighbor's alarm going off.

...So buy a different siren. Remember, there's a reason everyone has DEI.
