Cleaning the all weather mats

What do you guys do to keep the all weather mats looking good? Mine have stains from dirt that wont wash off. I tried car wash soap with a scrub brush but that doesn't do anything. Armor all seems like a bad idea for obvious reasons so what else have you come up with?

I get the best results with Simple Green foam cleaner. Let it soak and hit it with a stiff nylon brush. Rinse.
