Cleaning Mazda 3 cloth seats

My seats losing their blackness due to using the car as a trasporter for my work tools. Sometimes drywall in the hatch or wood. If I hit the seat with my hand debrs is everwhere. Ive tryed to sweep the seats but this only gets the main debris. Does anyone have suggestions on what products I can clean the seats with. Thanks

SInce drywall is superfine, you need to steam clean them. You should be able to rent a cleaner from your local hardware or grocery store. It basicaly sprays water and cleaner on your seats and then vaccums it all out. It makes your can smell good and is easy to use. I would do it on a hot day when you can keep your car open to dry.

Yeah, an extractor should work well. Definitely use it on a hot sunny day and leave the windows open for the rest of the day after you finish to let any remaining moisture out.

A regular vacuum should be able to get some of it out. You can also try a carpet/cloth shampoo, scrubbed in a bit with an upholstery brush, and then wiped/blotted dry with a microfiber towel.

hey in my p5 i've gone to the extreme as to removing all the seat skins(covers) the only thing is you have to either get a hog-ring gun(thanks to my work) or some kind of hog ring crimper, cuz you'll have to cut your off to get skins off..i learn the hard way to take my skins off when i switched my skin to the MSP ones..i know it sound like PITA.. it kind is but IT WORKS. i even put the skins in the dryer no SHRINKING either. hope this info helps....

yeah i was thinking about the steam cleaning method but wasn't sure if it would be good for the seats. Ill take the advice and clean away. thanks
