classic V8s

With their body add ons and decals/colors many today think they look like something from the Japanese import scene, but they predated that by many a year. (angel) The final cars even had a turbo. (rlaugh)

IMO, this is the most classic of all the American muscle.

I dunno why, but I really like the old chevy's. Well, all older musclecars. The Trans Am Camaro's are really cool.

okay, if it's gonna be a firebird, gotta be the 1974 Trans AM
My personal fav car, happens to be the 1970 Cheverolete Chevelle SS, with big block 454/w cowl induction,
The only pic I have right now is from Dazed and COnfused....when I watched that movie and aw 'melba toast', I almost creamed my pants. I love these cars to know end, and my grandfather has one..that puts close to 700hp to the ground. Needless to say, it's a fast mother ******. Wish I had pics of it, it's a 1970 ss, original brown colour.

EDIT* got so excited I forgot the pic

to me, the early 70's had the best cars, almost all 1970 muslce cars, I can say I like, a little later on, they all died(thank you OPEC and the oil industry). But I need to say, 1970 in particular, was the year to be a young kid, wanting a car. They where cheap. insurance was cheap, gas was priccey, but it was easy to ciphon a little gas. Damn I wish I hada been alive

man, what I would do for an old ZL-1 camaro with a 427..............

Has anyone seen the 2002 SS camaro ZL-1 conversion? Limited edition, LS1 stroked to 427. It's got like 500+ HP/TQ.

80's camaro's are now classic v8's? weird.

I have always had a thing for the cars my dad has had while I was around. The best would be the 65 gto RIP :(

Not his, pretty close though, his was that creamy off white that the gto's came in.

i think the only 80s camaro that has been listed was a late 2nd gen that just happened to still be in the early 80s. i don't remember any 3rd gens, which i definitely would not consider to be a classic V8...

mmmm Cobra.(nana)

Here's another nice one...Wrong continent, but a muscle car nonetheless.
