Hi!
I just want to report that, according to the Mazda official managment company in Chile (Derco), from March 2016 all new orders for the 2.0 Mazda3s trims will return to be imported from Japan, instead of the recently opened Mexico plant.
We don't now additional details, if this decision came after a demand-supply problem, a dollar conversion/convenience problem, or, most important: a quality control concern. The vehicle is selling well since it's debut in this market in 2014.
We will report if I can get additional details.
