The check valve is what helps you maintain your adjustability. Vortech FMU's have fixed diaphrams. Meaning it will rise 6:1 (for example). You will have to purchase a kit to raise the gain.LinuxRacr said:Yeah, the check valve is required on the RRFPR for our kits. It lets air bleed off on the upper side of the diaphram, but doesn't let air back in. Maybe this helps to hold steady fuel pressure by keeping the diaphram from pulsing?
