hahaha.. I'm moving to Orlando. Need to get out of the same area as him. Don't wany any trouble from him or his ghetto little skank. Not to mention the mutual acquaintences of his that think this is acceptable and just brush it off. They'll believe anything he says so they can stay part of his car club. I can see the downfall of that one like Pro-M before it. Or then, the RSX club or the Mini Cooper club or the Suburu he traded in two days. He was in and out of car clubs like he was women. He's been through 9 cars in 9 years. He can't make a good decision to save his life. He's in debt up to his ears, his bank always charges him fees for being withdrawn and his credit sucks. Can't say he's got anything to offer anyone. I wasn't with him for any other reason than blind love and devotion. But they'll see that it's all a front before long. He has this thing with being "liked" by everyone - no matter what lies he has to tell to bring them to "his side" of a distorted truth.

He sounds like my crazy ex-roommate. That girl was a nightmare to be around and no matter what I did to try to help her out, I was always the bad one because I couldn't "fix" her. Being in an abusive relationship isn't always being hit by your significant other. You can be emotionally and verbally abused by your friends too.
Sounds to me like he's got some serious depression / mental issues.

Oh and for the record - his screen name is Junz33 now. You can go back and read some of his old posts. He said he had a procharged 350z and wanted to race one of the other mazda people on here. He said he did like 12 sec at 112 mph on the track. Please, he got that off the internet from someone else. The car was mostly garage kept. And WHAT procharger? Unless he meant SRI? lol Just a couple examples of the crap he lied about.

on a serious note, i can't stand cheaters, and i strongly believe in the while married/dating, you should stick to only the one girl...(or guy in females cases) they're supposed to be your best friend... especially with a family..

Ms. Croft - Sorry to hear about your situation. My wife left me a couple of months ago, so I know the feeling. I've skimmed the last 5 pages, so I apologize if this has been said before but here is my advice to you.
1) Get a lawyer. Best $2000 I ever spent. You need to know your (and your kid's) rights and have them protected. You need to know what you are entitled to. Don't do anything without talking to one (such as selling cars, withholding stuff from your spouse), etc.
2) Move on and forget about everything. There's good sides to everything in life (with an exception of death). Look for the good side.
3)Basically what EvilMonkey said, but I always had this thought when going through mine. The best revenge you can get on your former spouse is to live your life better without him/her than you did with him/her.
Don't try to get revenge through litigation. It's too costly and stressful. Best of luck.

But then again, when someone's dating your daughter and you get into your first fight, you might not want to punch a car in front of her mother, especially the one in her driveway. As far as your question is concerned... The definition for cheating can be quite broad. Some say it has to be physical intercourse while others say even an emotional (romantic) attachment with someone else is. How you define it is your business.
Being a no-fault divorce state, you don't have to present any 'evidence' as to why you feel the need for a divorce. You simply tell the court your marriage is 'irretrievably broken'. Adultery, of course, plays a significant role in the proceedings. Naturally, it can be hard to 'prove' but... with enough evidence, (texts, calls, gifts, hotels, etc.) it can hold up. The result? The adulterer's chance of gaining or maintaining a share of custody is severely diminished due to their 'moral fitness'. Alimony can also be affected. In addition, if the court finds that the adulterer had used 'family money' on his mistress, that can negatively impact what share of the assets he obtains in the settlement. The victim can also file for damages (emotional distress, loss of productivity, etc.) against their ex. This is where you can hit him and hit him good. Often times, the adulterer won't have the $ to pay so liquidation may ensue. I realize how this may sound... but you know what they say about revenge.
