Does anybody know who has the cheapest price for Auotmeter gauges(esp. Ultralite series)?

My dual pod along w/ some of my tools where crushed by my dumbass neighbor's kid, while I was doing some electrical work. It would seem the fat ass was trying to be a badass and parallel next to my car!!!

I've got a new dual pod, now all I need is new boost and AFR gauges (2-1/16).

Any input that anyone might have would be great.

Thanks.

I think most stores are really close in price. I would just find a close and painless store and go pick them up.

Unfortunately...not around here. I went to a couple of places here in town , and the morons wan'ted to charge me $98.98 for the boost and $110.99 for the AFR!:wtf:

I'm thinking about selling mine..to upgrade to some Defi or Greddy gauges....the A/F gauge is perfect, the boost gauge has a small ding on the outer rim but works perfect.

Let me know if you're interested in buying a used set.

That does seem high but no offence... You spend $30,000.00 on your car and them worry about minor price differences?? Shopping at a store is often worth the extra money. The shops around where I live are great to me, often I can just ask them to look into a product that I need and they call beck in half an hour with an Idea. The price is normally close to the Internet price. The store has an overhead to maintain and they have helped me for free many times. If the price is out of whack, then ask them to drop the price a bit until you feel like you have a good deal. If you aren't happy then leave. If you support your local speed shop, he will see your support and try harder to get you the service that you want. If it was something big like a set of rims or a body kit...then yes, mail order. It sounded like to needed the s*** soon, that's why I suggested the store.

I can understand the idea of getting a great deal, but like I said. In your original post, it sounded like you were in a hurry.

I understand where you are coming from. The thing is...i've done alot of business w/ these shops in the past, and they told me that was the best that they could do. I really can't argue w/ them being they've been giving me reasonable discounts on other products.

As for needing the gauges in a hurry....yea, I guess you're right. It's kind of hard driving around w/out knowing what your boost is peaking at, and if you're running too rich.;)

From the look of things, i'll most likely be going w/ www.summitracing.com

Cool, good luck. I can't deal with most of these companies because I'm in Canada and it take like 2 weeks or more to get s*** out of your country after 9/11.

And would'nt you know it, just yesterday I recieved new gauges from my neighbor's father straight from www.jegs.com . How'd you like that ?:) The kid's dad was all apologetic about the whole situation.

Hey if you're in Vegas I'll sell you mine for a pretty decent price. The A/F raito has only been on my car for like a month and a half.
