Cheap Paint

I was just wondering if any P5 drivers out there had the same problem as me. I live in Wa State and going have to go over the mountain passes over the winter. I noticed that my front end of my car plus some chips here in there on the hood and the fenders, look as if they've been sandblasted. I mean it looks awful. My friend drives an acura and he doesn't have anything on his car and he drove his all winter and over the pass also. Do you guys think I should talk to Mazda about this, or am I just SOL?

couldn't hurt to contact mazda...might not help, but it couldn't hurt.

my paint is the same way it looks like someone sandblasted the from bumper and its only seven mounths old

What color do you guys have?I have a yellow P5 that is less then a week old so I see nothing wrong with it yet, but you guys are scaring me. Im wondering if a certain color shows this more then others.

My wife has a silver one and it's the same way, so if you go to the dealer let me know the outcome! Might be SOL though! :mad:

but dealer gave me free touch up paint
so no real biggy

I have my silver P5 for a month now. Took a 400 mile trip this weekend, and now have a nice chip on my left fender. If you talk to Mazda let us know how it goes.
