Changing Rear Wheel Bearing

I got my new hub/bearing in last week.

Any tips on changing this out? It is the driver's side rear wheel bearing/hub as it is one complete unit.

Someone I was talking to suggested that it is a pre-load bearing that has be torqued a specific way when installing the hub?

Has anyone done this?

Any help is appreciated!

get a press, works good, i had to do my bearings and they were a b****!

this is not a press in bearing. It is one unit including the hub with new lug studs.
