Changed battery and remotes no longer work

I just changed the battery in my 05 mazda 3 sedan

i went to unlock my doors with the remote and the car locked, tried locking and it locked again, the buttons seem to do what ever command they want whenever i press them, i tried reprograming them with the list of 200 actions to get it to work, and nothing helped

i was wondering had the same issue and if yes how did you make it work once again
