CF dash.....

Did anyone elses CF dash stuff start to peel off yet? I was driving to school today and noticed that the area by my A/C was bubbling a little and part was comming off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

get it to the dealer. This is not something installed afterwards was it? I've never since I've been here heard of anyone saying this.
