cell phone placement

Nextel Clipped to visor or on belt, mostly in cup holder. ( after a call and too lazy to put it back on clip) The whole visor thing for me started like 3 years ago when i had a motorola talkabout (silver startac) and my buddy put his on the visor. Thats where i got the idea, direct connect is a must have for any ricer. :-)

I used to use the mini Recaro seat holder but now I have a tmobile sidekick.
The sidekick is too big so i just throw it in the cup holder.

I put mine in the cd pocket under my deck. My nokia fits in sideways so I can still see the display.

I have mine sitting on a Sticky Pad in the middle of my dash, along with my sunglasses

(Just above the middle air vents)

It looks good, and is very convinent.

I'm confused as to why this is in the mazdaspeed section and not the appearance section?

I M TEH F0RUM NAZ1

Because T3ase isn't here to move it :).

(not ment in ill-humor, I hope he gets well soon) /flame retardant

i pulled out the screw that holds in the plastic piece near your right/gas foot...installed a clip and put the screw back in place...clip the phone right next to my leg...not real convienent, but i couldn't think of a better place....?

I posted here not to look for an appearance answer but a pratical answer. I wanted the ideas to come from fellow MSPers. Also, I am usually surfing just this section.

I once had my cell taped to the steering wheel...
Most of the time its in that little storage cubby in the dash with my sunglasses and whatever other odd stuff I thought to toss in there for the week.

i keep mine in my pocket so i can feel it vibrate because I can't here the ringer due to the music. also, crock check out the dragonball thread I started, just search for "dragonball", seing as you have vegetta in your avatar.

Gogeta here, lol

Sorry about that, I have my cell in the compartment underneath the Kenwood Deck. I have this non-slip padding that lines that compartment so that nothing slips and makes noises as I go around turns.

I bought a professional install kit and installed it with the mic up at the top of the a-pillar and the speaker below the glovebox.

he's not kidding... I would bet 85-90% of the drivers here in Ohio are on the phone the entire time they are in the car. personally I really dont care
i concur

That's pretty cool, Viper. I was thinking about splurging for the Nextel car kit but I really want work to pay for it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

It's a friggen cell phone. Just toss it on the seat. If you miss a call, so what? If it's that important they can leave a message and you can call back.
