CEDAR POINT MEET!!! End of summer meet

Interesting....I've never been to Cedar Point but always wanted to go.

Depending on the date I may make it out there.

judging by the response of the poll, it looks like the last week in August may be better than the first week in Sept. Should we shift it?

I voted in the poll saying that the 11th would probably be best for me, but I'm an out of towner like Nate. If I come, I'll probably drag Shawn along too.

Cedar Point sounds GREAT!!!!

Anyone who needs a place to stay, I live only 20 miles south of CP and have 2 couches and a futon that's open. I also have an empty room downstairs that we can put my 2 queen size air-mattresses in or even set the tent up outside. I would be willing to grill outside too if thats what everyone wants. I also live only 2 miles away from Norwalk Raceway Park, so if they have open racing on the Friday nite that we pick that could also be an option.
There are 2 weekends that are not good for me. First, is the Aug. 26-28 I will be down at Mid-Ohio watching the Grand American Road Racing Series races that weekend. Second is the Sept.30-Oct.2 weekend, that weekend I will be at Mid-Ohio with the Northern Ohio Porsches Club doing a Drivers Ed. Any other weekend would be great.

Love the look of your silver P5, mine is a Silver '02. Orginally, I didn't like those grill inserts, but after seeing your, I'm reconsidering. I'd love to see your car up close, and hear the Racing Beat exhaust, as I'm deciding between that and the GReddy... The tint looks nice too... I may have to think about that. Where'd you get it done?
