Catless DP ?

I have a corksport catless DP. I haven't installed it yet but it comes with a O2 CEL eliminator kit. if the CEL does come on is the engine going to go into "limp" mode ?

No, it will not go into limp mode. I run a catless dp/rp. The CEL that will be thrown will not adversely affect performance, but you do want to use one of the various methods to eliminate is so that when you do get a CEL for some other reason, you will see the light come on.
