What is the cost for the Mazda ones.

I don't remember what it cost but it definitely fits and is nice quality. A couple quick googles and here's what I found;

shipping a large item across country pretty much ruled it out for us, bbfastback lives closer, so might be a good deal there
standard shipping is about half of the price for express above, so knocks it down to about $110 (cdn)
