Hey I know a couple of people on here have carbon fiber gauge faces. Where did you get them? Also I was hoping that it was possible to get silver carbon fiber to match my dash. Any help would be great.

gauge faces or gauge bezels?

these are the gauge faces,

available through www.importcarpartsplus.com

Faces. I've got the aluminum bezel.

*thinks a minute*

Although a silver carbon fiber gauge bezel might not be too shabby either.

try that site, he has a lot of colors, and different designs to choose from...a small slit to fit over the needles, and remove air bubbles, and you're good to go!

derrick1623 - damn how did you get the gauges on. did you take the needles off?

im sure you could do it that way, but from waht i understand he just cut a line straight up and slide it around.

i have revers indiglows that I cut a bit to get them on. but I cant see the cut mark on his gauges. either im blind, he did it in a good spot to hide it. or he took his needles off. I have taken the speedo and tac needle off, but i wasnt sure about the fuel and temp.

nope, the needles stayed on the whole time, i just spun them to where i could slide the whole face cover on, the ONLY cut you can see...look above the speedo needle's center, directly above the "p" in "mph"

the other two cuts were in a more hidable location.

btw, you loose the 70mph mark.

for the one one the left, i slit two small ass cuts, then lined the needles up to about "2oclock" or so...then CAREFULLY, slipped them over.

Look real nice. If you put some daveb chrome rings on them they would look sick
i am considering laser blue bezel with brushed aluminum rings,

what do ya think?

the laser blue i would have to see. but the brushed rings would look great. I got the rings and i cant believe the difference it made. it really direct your eye to them. When i see a car with out them, it looks so plain.
