Not a huge fan of CF, but that doesn't look too bad. I wouldn't actually do it to my car, but it looks alright on yours

take a pic of the whole car, gives a better view of the application as a whole. something to consider; b-pillar wrap. similiar to the rx-8 cf-look pillar appliques. a nice application like the one you've already done on the mirror lends to the true cf look. there are a lot of halfassed vinyl jobs out there that just look like stickers. done right and as long as you dont go overboard, will look pleasing. lets face it, unless youre replacing the entire body in cf, real cf trim is for looks anyway. might as well save a lot of money with properly done vinyl

Yeah im just going for looks, im using 3m Di-Noc carbon fiber, its a really nice product....its as real as you can get without having to fork out the big bucks for the real deal. im also considering the interior as well, i did the interior of my MSP and it came out really nice. ill post better pictures.

Looks good, I am thinking of doing the same. I think it would look good on mine, MGM .

i really like the 3m work, im working on roughly the same exterior ideas. im doing my interior in the 3m di-noc, will be nice to compare the 2. how much did you pay for your interior pieces?

in the meantime i have got a picture of my emblem rapped in 3m carbon fiber 1080.

zoomzoomMSP... i think it looks pretty good, how hard was that?

MS3 PoLo... not a huge fan of interior pieces, but the exterior mustache and rear bumper pieces look good

interior work

ok so i got some work done on the interior of the car today, using the 3M Di-noc carbon fiber. ive got a little left to do but im not going crazy with it, i dont want it to be over done. came out really good though so far. glare from the front window doesnt allow you to see the top piece above the center vents very well but it looks good. im keeping the gloss black i like to contrast, i may even do a gloss black on the area around the cup holders to tie it all in. anyway check out the pics. used about $30 of material for the coverage seen.

exterior accents

did a carbon fiber wrap on the front piece, along with the emblem. also did a dark yellow film overlay on the fog lights. everything came out really good. gives the car a little more of an aggressive look. still gotta finish the passenger mirror HAHA.
