Car got ran over... literally :(

Got the police report!!! And it reads like gold. The guy that hit me does have insurance, same company as mine :), so thats excellent. He got citied for "Following too closely"...lol. But doesn't state why he was arrested, oh well. I'll be getting in touch with my insurance guy tomorrow and hopefully get the ball rolling!

Yay... I got a Dodge Stratus as my rental car. WHAT A PIECE! The dang thing has noooo power what so ever, even flooring it does nothing. Drives me nuts!

Still don't know whats going on as far as repairing my car and what not. Calling insurance guy and demanding info tomorrow. Going to flat out tell him the car will be in a shop next week, so if anyone needs to see it again or whatever do it now! I am not waiting any longer. Car needs to get fixed!!!! You all figure it out... I'm taking my car to get fixed!!! So that will be that... hopefully they will get a clue to get moving!
 
Had to take the Dodge Stratus back...lol... it was kinda messed up. So they gave me an Xtarra. Not really like the thing... has V6, but still no pick-up and go. Handles like ass and power steering seems to be questionable. Plus they did a bad job of cleaning the inside of the car and it smells bad too. I'll give it another day... might be taking that back too.

Damnit... I WANT MY CAR BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY!!! I love life. Thought I was finally getting somewhere yesterday because my insurance company filed a claim on this other guys insurance. But I call this morning only to find out that he actually didn't have a policy yet till the 10th. So he cancelled one policy on the 4th, hit me on the 7th and then got his new policy on the 10th. F**K!!!!!!! So, I will be out $250, but I guess at least I still get to work with my insurance company instead of the bad 20th rate company this guy has.

So lets just hope I get the thing to JimEllis Collision next week and get it fixed. Still gotta take a day to get my stereo s*** out which is going to suck. Yay.

Flatbed trailer is on its way to take my car to the collison center! The other day was a sad day... I had to take out all my stereo crap out... very very sad. But at least my car is getting fixed!

u dont need insurance if the car isnt run on the street. its a race car, thats why u can make them not street legal. i never had insurance on my old protege that i drove 800 miles back from NJ with no tag (just a cardboard "tag applied 4" sign) not to smart but never got in trouble. and the starion doesnt either, cuz it doesnt see street use. or any use right now for that matter haha
