Car Covers

As one of the people who don't have access to a garage, I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about car covers. This will be mostly for protection from the elements, mainly the wonderful snow that doens't seem like it will ever end this year. Once the weather gets better and I can drive the car to work, I can park in the structure and save it from the sun that way, but for now, she's getting dumped on.

i was thinking about this one http://www.autoanything.com/carcovers.asp (the ULTRAGUARD isnonly $250), but wanted anyone's opinions before I bought one.

Thanks.

Albert: Hi! I used to use a car cover back in the mid 70s on my Fiat 124 Spider while living in Arizona. They can be very nice, and they can also be a big pain. I have not used one since then, because to me, they are a bigger pain then they are worth - especially when they get rained on. I'm sure the car cover technology has improved over the years, but I remember when it rained, that cloth cover of mine was a real pain in the ass to deal with.
