canadian p5ers

Okay guys, I am still not clear on this whole subwoofer thing. Do all canadian 2003.5 cars come with the woofer? Or do you have to get the 6-CD changer to get it? I have done searches and looked at other threads but I'm still not sure what the deal is. If you have the sub, please tell me if it was listed as standard or optional equipment.

I'm getting my new P5 soon, replacing the one I got this past June. I can't stand this auto tranny anymore, so why drive a car when you don't like driving it? I want to see if I can get the sub on the new car. I'm also upgrading to leather and moonroof. I drove a manual before buying the auto and I thought the sportshift would satisfy my driving desires. Boy was I wrong. Anyway, any info would be great. By the way, it's sunlight silver for me again. I just don't like any other colour.

ummmm in the american one lol the sub is Stock all 2003.5 have that instead of roof racks and sunroof comes with in dash 6 cd changer thats for american i donno about canadian

I haven't heard that that is even an option. I just know that the automatic, sunroof and A/C are the options.

yeah, i dont think so either. when i bought my P5, i was not asked for this kinda of upgrades so i guess it doesnt come with our p5 for some reason. (protest)

dont think its an option for us north of the border. You can always order one from the US or do one better and get a real sub, might cost a bit more but you'l be satisfied if you are looking for base. (dont think a stock sub would do that)

Yeah, I love that bottom pic. Doesn't take up any room in the back. I will definitely look into a setup like that.

I am a Canadian just bought a P5 a month ago, and I think that roof rack or 6 disc changer or sub option is only for american, and mine is 2003.5 Laser blue P5 not either come with anything above... but I think is the best option to go with custom sub system... I got a Rockford amp and one 10" pioneer sub, sound so great with my factory deck.

I got mine done up over a year ago from a shop in town. Did some excellent work. I've since added some plexi over the amp rack and a grill over the sub. I love it and it sounds deadly!!

Ahh ya but I have a nice furry cover for it, so I just toss it in when I go out of town. Nothing like my last car, my box was so damn big that I couldn't even get my spare out even though I had one in there.
