there is no such thing as a 2003 MP3, or a 2002 for that matter, the MP3 were 2001 models.
if you are talking about the MSP, the MSP is turbocharged...the MP3 is NOT....the sound system is different, there are a few changes on the exterior, like the running lights are clear on the 2003 and amber on the 2001. the wheels are different, I believe the tires are of a different brand/style. there are minor interior changes as well that just go alone with the standard changes to the Protege line over those few years.
