Posted a pic of my desktop when it starts up. I've run AVG and norton and still no luck getting rid of it.

NOTE:

1) Name of Trojan is "Downloader.keenval.C"
2) I don't have a folder in C: named System Volume Information
3) Thus I can't find the specified infected file - A0055454.exe

What do I need to do to get rid of it?

Anyone?

have you tried searching for a solution online? I know sometimes people post up how to get rid of certain virus's online. try a yahoo search. Im just throwin out an idea, I wish I could help you more. They're a pain in the ass

Easy
just goto control panel - > system -> system restore
disable system restore -> reboot your computer
delete the c:\_restore directory (note its hidden)
switch system restore back on
any your done

open windows explorer -> tools -> folder options -> view -> show hidden files
& untick hide known file types & also unhide system files
then once done set back to how they were

I am unable to access the System Volume Information folder. See pic.

What do I do now?

Its not the system volume you need to access
although the error reports it in the sysvol it is actually in you sysrestore (c:\_restore)

The only 'restore' folder I found...only had 4 files in it...none of which where the infected file...do i still delete that folder.

Its in Windows\System32\Restore

Firstly, aparently it's an adware program, not a virus.

Do what they say here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.keenval.html

...and stop visiting those virus ridden porn sites, watch your satellite like the rest of the civilised world.
