I'm on a mission now! Is this weekend soon enough to get some nicer pics? Is 2.4 megapixels enough, or should I take @ 4.3?

Here's an idea, have people's cars on their birthday...that'd get lots of pics in. The only problem would be multiple b-days on the same day.

you car is awesome....don't screw up perfection and that shot of your should be in the calender for sure imho. A no brainer for me.

I know were looking for great pics, with nice backgrounds, and I agree...but please do not forget this is a CAR calender for a bunch of CAR nuts....so we need to be able to enjoy the CARS in these pics as well since that's what we'll be starting at the most. I see some pics that don't show much "car" in them.

I agree with most of the ones dreeza picked out.....I just don't want a month wasted on some zoomed in shot of someone's headlight.


And slug, that front on pic of yours....I think that's one the best pics I've seen for showing the orange color.....very purdy man.

thanks, do you mean the head on shot from the front? or the side shot from the front corner that gets the grill bumper lip and headlights? I like the head on one, but snapped it kinda haphazardly and got that damned blade of grass in the way....

I have my pics at 2048x1536 with a 3.2 megapixel digital camera if you don't get enough pics with high resolution. Mine was http://www.promazda.com/extras/calender/11230013.JPG if you missed it.

Slug - no problemo, but I'd rather get your highest-resolution first if it's going to be considered for the calendar... or do you have a higher rez version? 2000x1500 should be minimum pixel size if we're going to have nice outputs (I'm guessing the calendar will be 8.5"x11"? ).

yeah it will be...the pics need to be AT LEAST 300dpi...right now bmans resolution is like 640x640....thats not big enough, and zray, are you one of the awesome photoshop ppl??
