Cabin fuses

I had a dashcam installed in my 2025 CX-5 that is not working properly. The manufacturer said to reconfirm the connections. The cabin fuse connections used are 9 (F.OUTLET) and 14 (R.OUTLET2). My dealer cannot confirm that fuse 14 is always hot and 9 is hot when the ignition is on unless I make an appointment and bring the car in. They do not have access to specs with this info. Does anyone know?

If I had something I woulda tried that. I figurred while waiting for my son to come over with his multimeter I'd post the question.

Per my 2019 wiring diagrams (so your 2025 may vary), the Rear2 fuse is always live, the F fuse is only live when the car is on (ACC).
