Buying some new wheels for a Speed3

My buddy (control) was gonna pick up some new wheels for his speed3.

Now the best size we could find is 18x7.5. Now for two questions

1. which offset would be best with these wheels? 45 or 48mm?
2. will the stock 215's be a strech?
