Here ya go:

Awesome! How much, if you don't mind me asking?

Seller was asking $17k, I got it for $16k. It's in pristine shape with only 48K on it. He had the rear spoiler installed, windows tinted and 3M Clear Bra installed. The interior is spotless too. So I figure I'll be keeping this thing for a while, unless I get bit by the WRX bug, but that won't be for a while.

Sure glad I found this forum. After being on Toyotanation for two years and owning a superwhite TRD Sport Tacoma, i'm thinking about buying my sister-in-law's 2002 P5 Xtreme. 80,000 K 5 spd with Magnaflow exhaust and K&N Cold air intake, sunroof and leather which came like that from the dealer. I can't find much info on the 'Xtreme' edition. She's owned it since new and it's been babied. She's willing to sell it to me for $8000 as she was asking $12000 which is about the going rate out here (ALberta) but because I helped them with some reno stuff, they're lowering the price. Good deal?

I'll look for the rust spots tomorrow (Not that rust is a big issue out here on the prairies though) but good to check.

Ive had my 203.5 P5 for three years, just turned 50K miles. Ive put about 25k of those on it.
I live in the rust belt too and the rear wheel well lips are starting to rust alarmingly fast. Also put greese/oil on the screw heads for the fog lights. They are not fun to take apart when a bulb goes out if the screw head disintegrates and the aluminum pot metal has corroded around the screw. (thank god I have access to a machine shop.)

Ive had both front hugs replaced under warranty last year. (phew)

Other than that the car and every Mazda I've owned (5 if you count the Probe GT) has been rock solid. This car has had the most go wrong. (the hubs).

I came from an '05 STi, so this car seemed at first to sound like a tractor but either I or the car have adapted since the engine seems smoother now. Rattles from the hatch area etc. but generally a well screwed together car all and all.
