2013~2016: Buying a manual CX-5 engine for an automatic - Questions

Hello
This is my first time swapping an engine on a Mazda.
It’s a 2014 cx 5 2.0 auto.
I found a good low miles engine from a junkyard , it’s out of a manual trans vehicle .

Can I just take the flywheel off and install the flex plate from my engine? My concern is balancing but I’m pretty sure these engines are internally balanced

Is there anything else I will have to swap from the manual engine?
Thanks

Typically both flywheels, and torque converters are balanced units, and set up to balance the engine itself by only fitting the engine one way. The adapter plate will have bolts spaced so it will only fit one way usually, and similarly, will only fit the torque converter one way. It would make no sense for Mazda to make a different engine for each of manual, or automatic versions, so the fit up there should be no issue. But I've not actually done it.
