I have only put about 1k miles on my car, but I'm already tearing it up for my system. I thought I'd share some pics of the work in progress. It's still a little rough, but I'm going to smooth it out and carpet it next weekend. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I built it for a Boston Acoustics 12.5lf sub. It has around 1.5cu. ft. of space (guessing). Sounds good though. I may reshape the top a little to make it more level.

nice. i'm doing a false floor and losing the spare tire in the next week or so. it'll be a bit different than what most people usually see :D

if not for the fact that I was stranded the last time I built a box deleting the spare tire, I would have done the false floor sub. Besides, this one really does not take up that much space at all. It only sticks out about 3 or 4 inches.

FINISHED!!!..... I still need to fix one of the seems on the carpeting, but overall, it's done and sounds great!

Nice..I like fiberglass work..But I guess I am biased towrds it.

I am also making a false floor and losing the spare. I am in the process, the box is basically made and the amp is mounted under the passenger seat. I am using a 12" diamond audio M6 DVC sub with an xtant 600w rms amp. I am hoping to be done in about a week or so, I'll show you guys pics when I'm done... Looking forward to seeing the difference mrlilguy

Very nicely done! I just picked up a 10" shallow mount and need to find someone in Austin who can do some fiberglass work for me to make an enclosure.
