Build dates?

Has anyone heard about build dates for the 2008's yet? We called our dealer to make certain the order was placed (which it was) but they said they have not heard any confirmation about build dates as of yet. They also said they haven't received official pricing from Mazda, either.

Just wondering if anyone else has heard anything.

I bet we will start seeing them on US shores around Thanksgiving.
