I just got my first paycheck ever, and want to get some kartboy bushings. Anyone know if they'll have any problems with that?

Ooohh... get the bushings.. I have them on my car with the B&M and I LOVE them.. honestly though, i've got no idea if they would have a problem with them.. :(

no, they will gasp in horror, and demand that you change it back at once!

really, unless you try to get a new tranny under warranty, I doubt they'll give 2 s**** sideways

Seems like some people are going through clutches and trannys real fast. I dont want them to deny warranty on them if something goes wrong.

Wow! your gonna spend your FIRST paycheck with us? i'm honored :)

i wouldnt worry too much about the bushings. we have quite a few car dealers that sell our parts and install them to boot.
Happy shifting

clutches are only covered for the first 12k or 15k anyway, AFAIK

clutch is only covered in first year or 12k, whichever comes first
same for all the 'wear items' on brakes (rotors and pads)

besides, i can't imagine a BUSHING on the SHIFTER causing premature clutch wear, unless you can't shift....

Just bought them. I've been planning this purchase for a while, so you should definitely feel honored.

Theres a pretty good chance I'll need some help with the install, since we don't have jack stands. I might invest a little more money in some jack stands, since the oil needs changing soon anyway.

Hhahaha, I'm flying through clutches right now. I've got 15k on mine, and I run about 10 to 11lbs of boost and my clutch is crazy slipping right now, especially in third at 4500 rpms, watching the needle drop sux! Oh well, this guy linked me somewhere for an ACT clutch for $325 so I'm gonna go that route and see what happens. Other then that, no mechanical problems yet, with the exhaust cut-off I get no hesitation nor the "lag" feeling.
