Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 Anyone Have Them Yet?

Does anyone have RE-11's on their car? Comments, please.

They are available in 225/45/18's which, as everyone knows is just a little bit wider and taller, but hopefully would still work on our stock rims, if I stay with the 45 aspect ratio.

Great tire. Autocrossers seem to rave about them.

If they are anything like the Kumho XS in 225/45/18, which is what I have, you will get a little bit of rubbing in the rear under really hard cornering. I've put about 3000 miles on my Kumhos and the rubbing hasn't become much of an issue, I just hear it occasionally.

I have the RE-01's and lowered on BC's have no problems on the stock rims. I'd imagine the RE-11's would be fine too.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate this. Good info.

Hopefully RE-11's would fit in this size. I'm just hoping that someone here has already put some of these on stock rims and could report on the result.

I realize they are very new and kinda pricey. Anyone?

reo50a are not nearly as good as the re-11 or re-01r
I would get a set of 235/40 r18 kuhmo xs.
They outperformed the re-11 in a comparison of all high performance street tires in Grass Roots MotorSports magazine.
You will save some money and double check that it truly is the kuhmo xs
