SAME problem here! But the problem disapears when visiting the dealer...
LOL
Yeah, it happened that way for me as well. But on the third visit, the mechanic heard it loud and clear. So I'm scheduled again. I'll keep posted on what they find.
Indeed, the noise migrates, from left speaker to right, and then centre, with a "teeth chattering" like noise -- in my night video it's more the chattering type, while the day video has more of the buzzing… that this person has as well:

I've removed the covers and even suspected the speakers, but when you try and deaden them, it changes nothing to the noise… the speakers are in there nice and snug. Maybe they amplify the noise, but I'm pretty sure they don't cause it. The noise in the video is when it manifests at like a 5 or 6/10 -- it actually gets louder and much more annoying.
UPDATE (11-07-2014)
So after a week in the shop with the Mazda dealer, they replaced some parts that were both missing and also broken -- however, this info is a little ambiguous as they didn't give me the report, since, THE NOISE IS STILL THERE. So my file remains open, and back to the drawing board.
AT LEAST, I feel I'm finally being taken care of. The problem has been acknowledged and I'm no longer being profiled as mentally unstable. Never the less… I'm not too optimistic this will get resolved any time soon. After all, they've taken apart the car two times now.
So much for new car buzz. First lesson on buying my first new car: NEVER buy a new car. You loose half the value right when you drive off the lot. Nothing wrong with a car that's two years old. It's like new, only the kinks are probably exposed.
So I'll update again when more news surfaces. I know others have this problem as well.
