i have a couple hundred to blow on parts.wanted to get either a cold air intake(aem or injen) or a blow off valve (hks or greddy).this would be my first aftermarket part on my car. which should i go for first any suggestions.

I'm not turboed but I would definitely say a cold air intake. Would getting a blowoff valve with everything else stock do anything for you other than the sound of it?

I personally would save up more money and go with an exhaust. You will see more gains from this than the intake.

exhaust will be comin later so im not too worried bout that at the moment.as far as the blow off valve question.i dont think it really would do anythin.lol.so maybe the cai then.any suggestions on whether injen or aem is better?

Short Ram Intake. You don't have to worry about hydro-lock, that way. Also less turns in the pipe.... Just my opinion. I ordered a Perrin SRI, but haven't had a chance to install it yet due to my blown engine.
