BOV keeps getting stuck

i bought a Turbosmart-veeport BOV and have it installed with hardpipes.

i lube it up and it works for 2 days and then it stops working. i take it apart and clean it and then lube it up again and the same thing happens. i've tried WD40, jigaloo lithium grease, motor oil, all kinds of stuff but it always stops working...

please please help!

strange. i've got a turbosmart plumb-back that's been working with no problems for 50,000 kms or so. check your spring tension? did you buy it new?

no it was used, but it worked a dream on the car of guy who i bought it from.

it seems like there isn;t enuff pressure to move the spring!

how do i check for weak vacuum???

you have a boost gauge?

no. no boost guage...

what should the boost be anyways???

did you try to adjust it? perhaps it's too tight and will not vent. you're stock? you're probably running about 6psi.
