Bose speaker replacement instructions

I have a 2010 with Bose, no nav, and speakers are really crappy.
I will leave Bose sub and head unit alone but need to replace dash and doors speakers.
I want to do in an order of 3 to spread the cost over time, dash, front doors, rear doors.
Any idea what would give the most effect at the beginning and how to take dash out without damaging anything?
I am looking at kappas 3.5 for dash, but, will the small plastic crossover box fit inside without any issues?

I would be more concerned about the depth of the dash location more than that dongle. I think you will have a way of placing the external crossover (the dongle) but I am not sure if the kappa 3.5" which has a depth of 1 5/8" (40mm) can fit in the right side of the dash without modification. Maybe you can remove the current speaker and do some measurement yourself.

According to metraonline.com, the three dash locations can handle a speaker up to 2" depth. I haven't measured it myself though.

Ok so this is what im getting:

Dash - Infinity 329CF 105W Peak 3-1/2 -Inch Custom Fit Two-Way Speakers - $60 Amazon

Front and rear doors - Infinity 6829CF 300W (Peak) 6 x 8 / 5 x 7 -Inch 2-Way Speakers - $63 Amazon

Looks like dash and rear doors will fit no problem , what about front doors? will i need any mod, or will 6x8 fit ok in this wired 8' opening?

Also, i saw some instructions about removing the door trim to replace speakers but nothing about the dash, can somebody post some steps?

Thanks

My 2012 GT is also non Bose. I already put in 6x8 in front, fits like a glove (I reuse the weather shield from the original speaker, just pry it out and put it on to the Infinity Kappa 6x8). So just to clarify, the front has a 6x8 opening, NOT 8" opening. I also want to put 3.5" Kappa to the dash but I am not sure if it will fit into the opening of the passenger location. Crutchfield said it doesn't fit and some other vendors said it will but also remark that they do not account for the depth, just the opening only. My plan is if I know that it fit with no problem I might buy the pair myself. Another concern of mine is the ability of the stock head unit to handle 4 drivers at the same time. If I go this route, I might attempt to disconnect the tweeters at the front doors because 4 tweeters firing at the same time could be too much and by disconnecting the front door tweeter reduces the load of the head unit a bit a that way it may work out fine.

I realize you have a Bose system. Your speaker configuration is different from mine and the front doors indeed have 8" speakers in there, I think.

if you have a bose system the fronts are 8", i already changed mine, these are powered by a 10 channel amp, i dont think you can just swap speakers since the ohm load will be different
