I've got the Bose system with Sirius and yes, its all integrated. All the control is in the HU and the display displays all the little info feeds Sirius has.(butthump)
The receiver kit is about $300 from a discount Mazda dealer, $400 list. You also need the switch box for about another $100 if you want to keep your aux jack working.
