When i first installed my cobb map it was in the 50's and 60's outside and it would boost peak 20 and settle to 17 at 6250 rpm in 3rd and 4th.
Now that it was been warmer out, in the 80's I am noticeing my Boost peaks are exactly the same but my Boost hold has dropped down in the 15's near 6250 rpm.
I just changed my oil to a full synthetic and when i did that i tightened all my clamps and they are deff not leaking. What i wanna know is that normal Boost numbers for that map?? The cob says 19psi + or - 1.5 at 6700 rpm so that means i should be sseing 17.5 at the least am i correct?? so why am i seeing 15 now?? is it normal to have a lower hold in the warmer temp?? Just trying to figure this s*** out cause my dyno is soon approaching and i want the car to be boosting what it is supposed to.
BTW my Fuel pressure is still in the 1700's at redline

im gunna answer my own ?.. Ok so what do you know, today decided to be in the 60's so i was happy to go out and do a few WOT RUNS AND what do you know, Boost levels at WOT were right on target again. 20 psi spike and droped to 17.5 in 3rd at 6k rpm and 18psi at 6k rmp in 4th. i always thought turbo cars boosted higher in warm weather but i guess thats not the case with mazda. or it could be that i tightened the clamp coming off the turbo. i noticed it slid up. so i pushed it back down and really tightened it down this time. maybe i did have a boost leak

you should boost higher in warm weather since the ecu needs more boost to make the same load targets
