Boost Gauge Vaccum Hose Route

I am installing my boost gauge and I need to know what the best place is to run the hose that goes from the boost gauge through the firewall.

I'm assuming mechanical? In which case, the ONLY hole through the DS firewall and into the cabin is the one for the hood release. It's big enough to share a small vacuum tube, then you can run it around the DS edge of the engine bay, under the fender upper and T it into the line going to the BPV.

Exactly what Darth Vader said. You might find it helpful to tape the vacuum line to something like a straightened metal hanger to help you push the line through the firewall.

surprisingly everything fit in that tiny hole now i just have to figure out my electrical situation because i tried to tap a fuse but it didnt work out so well i read the thread but i couldnt find the cigarette lighter fuse to tap.

Personally I didn't want to cut or splice any of the cars electrical so I used a ADD-A-CIRCUIT fuse holder to the fuse panel under the glove box. I believe the fuse I used as the cigarette lighter fuse. The bottom pic is not mine but it is a pic of the ms3 fuse panel with someones boost gauge wired up. Hope this helps.

where did u buy one this a ADD-A-CIRCUIT fuse holders?

If I'm not mistaken, the most efficient place to tap is about 5 inches before the throttle body. Just my 2 cents.
